Man is rich if he is culturally strong. Culture gives stability and man remains rich with culture forever.
If one needs to choose between riches and culture, it is better one chooses the latter to the former. If you are just rich and carry no culture, you are bound to succumb to the indulgences of life. Such indulgences would slowly pave way for sorrows, negative emotions such as suspicion, lack of trust, pride and recklessness. It would further lead to the denial of the Divine. The fall is heavy for the rich when they are not cultured.
This is true with a man, a group and a nation. The rich ones have to be extra careful in imparting culture.
